We want your first visit to feel seamless and stress-free. When you arrive, you will be warmly greeted and shown to your treatment space. Your therapist will take a few minutes to assess your needs, covering your health history and any areas you'd like her to focus on, then walk you through what to expect for your chosen service. Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in, breathe, and begin to unwind before your treatment even starts.
We recommend arriving in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For massage services, you will undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped with a sheet and blanket throughout your session — only the area being worked on is ever uncovered. For facial services, a headband and robe are provided. You are always in control of your comfort, and our therapists will check in with you throughout.
We lovingly ask that all guests be 18 years of age or older. Our space is intentionally designed as an adult sanctuary — a place to fully disconnect, decompress, and restore. We deeply appreciate your understanding and look forward to giving you the quiet, restorative experience you deserve.
It is completely normal to feel deeply relaxed, slightly drowsy, or even a little tender after your session — especially after deeper pressure work. We encourage you to drink plenty of water, avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day, and give your body time to integrate the work. Many clients notice continued benefits in the 24–48 hours following a treatment. The more consistently you come in, the more lasting the results. For facials, peels, and waxing, your therapist will walk you through your specific aftercare protocol before you leave.
